Sam Field is one of the two regional directors heading up Pareto Law’s Leeds and new East Midlands & Milton Keynes offices.

Sam joined Pareto in Leeds in 2004 as a graduate and has been integral to the success of the Yorkshire office ever since, helping it develop a growing range of customers in markets from finance to IT solutions. 

A graduate from Loughborough University, Sam worked in France during his year in industry before focusing his career on the UK and the fast-growing recruitment and training sector.  His ambition to run his own business was a major factor in his choice to pursue sales as a profession.

After joining Pareto Law Sam took on increasing responsibility at the Leeds office, heading up the team and growing the business to work with clients including Software Box, Trustmarque Solutions and Minorplanet.  Sam is an example of the Pareto Law process in action, proving that hunger and drive, combined with the right training, results in great salespeople and future business leaders.

In November 2007 Sam took the decision to team up with Ray Qudos to take over the Leeds office and launch a new franchise to cover the East Midlands & Milton Keynes area.  The partnership is focused on building the Pareto service in both regions, with Sam’s experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for Pareto Law’s concept integral to the high quality service provided to clients.

Outside of work Sam is a keen sportsman both on the field and as a spectator, supporting Lincoln City and playing football for a local team.
