Ray Qudos joined Pareto Law in November 2007, partnering with co-director Sam Field to head up the existing Leeds and new East Midlands franchise offices.

A business development professional with over 10 years of recruitment expertise in both the private and public sectors, Ray has worked for a range of FTSE250 brands and government agencies.

Prior to joining Pareto Law Ray ran his own consultancy – Qudos Consultancy – providing bespoke recruitment services to companies including Fabulous TV, ASR Media Group and the Novas Group, establishing his reputation as an expert in the field.

Earlier in his career Ray was also employed as Head of Employer Services at the Manchester Enterprise Group, a not for profit organisation targeting employment regeneration in the Greater Manchester area.  Prior to this he worked with Apex CR Agency in London, with clients including IBM, Chase Manhattan/JP Morgan, and Cable & Wireless; and Best People in Birmingham.

With a 2:1 degree in Law from Birmingham University, Ray has built extensive expertise in the recruitment market, providing clients with the finest service, knowledgeable advice and a commitment to ensuring the best possible results.
