Arron Taylor, Business Development Director

Arron Taylor graduated in 1995 with a degree in Business Economics, going on to obtain a masters degree in International Economics from Anglia Business School in 1997.  Arron had always been interested in a career in sales and was keen to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather who both enjoyed successful careers as sales directors.

Starting with Pareto Law as a Trainee Account Manager in 1999, Arron quickly progressed into Account Management and Senior Account Management for the company, before being promoted to Sales Manager in 2003, working with clients including Opal Telecom, FedEx, Schneider Electric, Dimension Data, Serco, B Braun, Kelloggs and Complinet. 

During his first year of employment with the company, Arron won the Pareto Newcomer of the Year award and has since won Account Manager of the Year on several occasions.

In March 2007 Arron was promoted to his current position of Business Development Director with responsibility for existing client relationships and new business growth for the company.

His role involves recruiting, motivating and retaining talented graduates for customers and the Pareto team, together with generating additional business opportunities and helping develop the training arm of the Pareto business. In addition to this, Arron also works to help new recruits as they progress within the company and has mentored three Pareto employees, guiding them through the ranks and into sales management positions.
